Share final overnight numbers and all day visitors with the host. Above 16 overnight guests, the basement is needed; maximum supplied sleeping capacity is 21. Confirm the room allocation, pet arrangements, children and specific accessibility needs.
Prepare food and personal essentials
Coordinate groceries, dietary needs, meals and cleanup. Check any specialized cookware or equipment with the host. Bring personal medication, toiletries, chargers and clothing for the weather. Use the local guide to check current grocery, pharmacy and dining options.
Share an arrival plan
Send the address, vehicle plan and confirmed access time to each household. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Early access must be confirmed. Coordinate cars and vendor vehicles with the host rather than assuming an exact parking capacity.
Keep outdoor plans flexible
Bring suitable shoes and layers, and keep an indoor alternative for poor weather. Confirm BBQ and firepit access and conditions. Discuss any decor, rentals, music or gathering before arrival. Private arrival instructions are shared directly with booked guests.
Plan departure together
Leave time to pack, collect belongings and follow the cleanup directions in your booking confirmation. Choose one contact person for changes. Check your onward route and arrange transportation separately.
