The estate can accommodate approximately 300 people, subject to the details and layout of your gathering. Pricing and approval are based on the total number of people on the property each day.

Absolutely. Sixteen overnight guests are included, while your daytime or event attendance can be much higher. We ask for a separate total attendance number for every day of your stay.

Your group receives private use of the main estate, sleeping space for up to 16, a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, Wi-Fi, large parking, BBQ, firepit, arcade and more. A responsive host is ready to help, and final inclusions are confirmed with your quote.

Yes. The kitchen is supplied with the everyday essentials for a group stay, including cookware, pots, pans, serving pieces and utensils. If your menu needs a specialized item, tell us in advance so we can confirm exactly what is available.

The basement is reduced from $750 to $500 per night for direct bookings. It adds sleeping arrangements for 5, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area, more lounge space, the karaoke room, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. With the upgrade, the estate sleeps approximately 21 guests. Airbnb pricing may differ.

Yes, subject to approval and property requirements. We do not currently provide event planning, but you may request our trusted vendor recommendation list.

Yes. JKing has a large on-site parking area. Tell us your expected vehicle count, transportation plan and any vendor vehicles so the right layout can be confirmed.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the stay. Performance can vary by device, network demand and the specific area of the estate.

The estate includes a BBQ and outdoor firepit lounge. Access and safe-use instructions are confirmed with the reservation and may depend on weather or local restrictions.

The main estate includes 2 full bathrooms. The basement upgrade adds 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, for 3.5 bathrooms across the upgraded booking.

Yes. Families are welcome. Include children in the overnight and daily attendance totals, and tell us their ages or any setup questions so we can help you plan appropriately.

One-night stays may be available depending on the date, season and reservation plan. Select your preferred date in the live calendar and send an inquiry for a personal confirmation.

Yes, subject to availability and approval. Eligible direct bookings of 2 or more nights receive the published base-rate saving, and guests considering 7 or more nights can request a personalized weekly rate.

JKing is in Caledon, within Southern Ontario and reachable from communities across the GTA. Travel time changes significantly with origin, traffic and weather, so use the address in your preferred map service for a current estimate.

A viewing may be possible by appointment when it does not interfere with current guests or property preparation. Ask through the inquiry or WhatsApp and we will confirm what is available.

Smoking rules and designated areas are confirmed with the reservation. Indoor smoking is not permitted. Ask before arrival if your group needs clarification.

No. Every gathering, celebration and visitor must be disclosed before approval. A stay reservation does not automatically include event use or attendance beyond the confirmed plan.

Yes. The estate is pet friendly and a pet fee applies. Include your pets in the inquiry so the quote and preparation are accurate.

Final pricing depends on your dates, total people on the property for each day, event type, pets and whether you add the basement. Overnight headcount alone does not determine the price.

Yes. The same estate is available through two Airbnb listings: Countryside Retreat & Small Event Haven, and Spacious Haven for 16+ Guests. You can also send us a direct inquiry first so we can confirm which option best matches your group.

Yes. Eligible direct reservations receive 20% off the comparable Airbnb base accommodation total for the same stay. Cleaning, taxes, event charges, added guests, basement, pets and other add-ons are not discounted. Direct reservations remain subject to approval and availability.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Early check-in can only be confirmed when the previous night remains unbooked.
