The estate can accommodate approximately 300 people, subject to the details and layout of your gathering. Pricing and approval are based on the total number of people on the property each day.

Absolutely. Sixteen overnight guests are included, while your daytime or event attendance can be much higher. We ask for a separate total attendance number for every day of your stay.

Your group receives private use of the main estate, sleeping space for up to 16, a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, Wi-Fi, large parking, BBQ, firepit, arcade and more. Final inclusions are confirmed with your quote.

For $750 per night, the basement adds sleeping space, a large lounge, karaoke room, additional dining space and extra bathrooms. With the upgrade, the estate comfortably sleeps approximately 21 guests.

Yes. The estate is pet friendly and a pet fee applies. Include your pets in the inquiry so the quote and preparation are accurate.

Final pricing depends on your dates, total people on the property for each day, event type, pets and whether you add the basement. Overnight headcount alone does not determine the price.

Yes. Guests may choose Airbnb for the added familiarity and protections it provides. You can still send us an inquiry first so we can confirm the correct reservation details.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Early check-in can only be confirmed when the previous night remains unbooked.
