Collect a final overnight list
Count adults and children by night. Identify couples, households and guests needing separate sleeping spaces. Ask for exact bed types and room allocations instead of inferring them from a headline capacity.
- At JKing, 16 overnight guests fit the main-estate supplied capacity.
- For 17 to 21, include the optional basement with up to 5 additional places.
- Above 21, arrange other accommodation and contact the host about the overall visit.
Plan bathrooms and shared routines
JKing has 2 full main-estate bathrooms. Adding the basement adds 1 full and 1 half bathroom. Stagger morning routines when everyone needs to depart together. Ask about accessibility and stair requirements before confirming.
- Share departure deadlines and get-ready times.
- Agree on quiet hours and private time among your group.
- Do not assume a bed or bathroom is suitable for a specific access need.
Give food and groceries a single plan
Decide which meals are shared, which are independent and who shops. Record allergies and dietary needs. Check the kitchen equipment required by your menu, agree on cleanup and make group restaurant reservations directly.
- Use the local guide for groceries and dining.
- Bring personal medication and essentials.
- Avoid booking more food or catering than the confirmed spaces support.
Coordinate vehicles, arrival and departure
Collect vehicle counts and tell the host about parking and transport needs. Share one arrival message with the address and confirmed access time. Standard JKing check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM.
- Arrange transport separately and keep a weather buffer.
- Choose one organizer for questions and changes.
- Allow time for packing, shared-space cleanup and a final check.
Count attendance separately
Overnight guests are part of daily attendance. Add all day visitors and vendors to that daily count. At JKing, attendance pricing and approved events never increase supplied sleeping capacity. Multi-night stays may have different attendance on each day.
- Confirm dates, counts, basement and intended use in one inquiry.
- Ask for the full quote and booking terms.
- Do not assume an inquiry reserves dates.
Next steps for your plan
An inquiry does not reserve dates or approve an event. The host confirms availability, requirements and pricing.
